The 688km² Newmont Lake Property contains at least four large, distinct mineralized systems. The project’s geology, mineralization styles, exploration results and proximity align with some of the richest known deposits in the Golden Triangle.
The Golden Triangle of northwest British Columbia is a richly mineralized, world-class mineral district hosting multiple successful mines. This region, with rapidly-expanding mining infrastructure (see map and discussion below), hosts some of BC’s most successful historical/present-day mines and mineral projects.
Newmont Lake represents one of the largest contiguous land packages (688km²) in the heart of the Golden Triangle. The property is largely untouched by modern exploration and offers district scale potential.
