Vancouver, BC – Crystal Lake Mining Corporation (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the result of the annual general meeting of shareholders which was held on January 31, 2018.

Messrs. Richard Savage, John Meekison, Alphonse Ruggiero and Wally Boguski were re-elected to the Board. All motions were approved by shareholders and the Company’s Shareholder Rights Plan was renewed. Richard Savage will continue as Chief Executive Officer and Alphonse Ruggiero will continue as Chief Financial Officer.
