Annual General Meeting Results
At the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held December 5, 2022, all resolutions proposed to shareholders were duly passed by the requisite majorities. 86 Shareholders voted representing 70,703,354 common shares of the Company. Approximately 29.34% of the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares as at the record date were voted.
